By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the juya platform — including the juya Casino, sports betting section, account portal, promotional offers, or any associated digital service operated under the juya brand — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and juya (the "Platform" or "Operator").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the juya platform and close your account by contacting support. Continued use of any juya service following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the juya website at juya.im and all associated digital services, mobile interfaces, game lobbies, and account management tools operated by juya.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the juya Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the juya Platform, through which all gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, and communications are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's juya Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process required by juya prior to approving withdrawal requests or as otherwise required by juya's risk management procedures.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds or winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the juya Platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable law.

The juya Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active Account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. juya enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification and will immediately suspend and close any Account determined to be held by a person under the age of 21. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned via the original payment method, and no winnings or bonuses accrued during the period of underage use will be paid out.

The juya Platform is designed and operated primarily for players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. juya reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at any time without prior notice.

To register an Account with juya, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a valid mobile number reachable in Bangladesh, and a chosen password. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change. juya is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. juya uses technical and manual verification measures to identify and close duplicate Accounts. If you discover that you have inadvertently created a duplicate Account, you must contact juya support immediately to have the duplicate closed.

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. juya will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. If you receive any communication purporting to be from juya that asks for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.

All transactions, bets, and activities conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — are your responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact juya support immediately to have your Account secured and investigated. juya strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account as a baseline security measure.

juya reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any Account holder at any time. Verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable KYC documents typically include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, and may also include proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. juya reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and approved.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting juya support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and provided that no terms breach has occurred. Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

juya accepts deposits denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two hours to appear in your Account Balance depending on the processing times of the issuing bank.

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. juya does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. If a deposit is found to originate from a payment account held in a different name to the registered Account holder, the deposit will be reversed and the Account will be subject to review.

Withdrawal requests on fully verified Accounts are processed within one to four hours to bKash and Nagad. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's clearing schedule. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. juya does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which juya accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account held in the same name as the registered juya Account. juya reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal request, including KYC documents and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals to payment methods other than the original deposit method may be subject to additional verification steps.

juya operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. juya reserves the right to temporarily freeze an Account, withhold withdrawal processing, and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities if there is reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Players found to be involved in money laundering activity will be permanently banned and all funds in their Account may be forfeited.

juya offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed the juya registration process and, where applicable, have met any minimum deposit requirement associated with the bonus.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the total value of eligible bets that must be placed before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 50x the bonus amount, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your Account. Real-money funds are used for wagering before Bonus Funds unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at lower rates as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a specified validity period during which wagering requirements must be met. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your Account automatically upon expiry of the validity period if the wagering requirement has not been satisfied.
• juya reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify the terms of any active promotion, or restrict bonus eligibility for specific Accounts at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonuses may not be used for the sole purpose of generating artificial wagering volume. juya may cancel bonuses and void associated winnings if bonus abuse is detected.

All casino games available on the juya Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash games — are governed by the rules of the individual game as provided by the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). In cases of conflict between a game studio's rules and these Terms, the game studio's published rules govern the specific game outcome, while these Terms govern the platform-level relationship between the Player and juya.

All slot games and RNG-based table games available on juya use certified Random Number Generator systems that have been tested and verified by independent laboratories. The RNG systems ensure that each game outcome is statistically independent of all previous outcomes and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including juya staff.

In the event of a technical fault, game error, or interrupted connection during an active game round, juya will resolve the situation based on available game logs and, where applicable, the game studio's published technical fault policy. juya's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must raise the dispute with juya support within 72 hours of the relevant game session. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. juya will review available game logs and, where necessary, consult with the relevant game studio to reach a determination. juya will communicate the outcome of any game dispute investigation within 10 business days of the dispute being formally lodged.

The juya sports betting section covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, and international ODIs), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports as published on the juya Platform from time to time. All sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules published on the relevant betting market page, in addition to the general terms set out in this section.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. juya reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit bet stakes at its discretion.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player unless juya's in-play cash-out feature is available for that market and the Player exercises the cash-out option within the applicable time window.
• juya reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an error in the published odds has occurred, where the outcome of the event has been determined prior to bet placement without juya's knowledge, or where the integrity of the event is in doubt.
• In-play betting markets are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of the relevant event or period, as reported by the official governing body (ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, etc.). Statistical data providers may be used as a secondary source where official data is unavailable within a reasonable timeframe.
• juya does not accept bets from Players who have access to insider information regarding the outcome of any event. Any bet placed with the benefit of material non-public information will be voided and the relevant Account will be subject to investigation.

juya is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on its Platform. juya's responsible gaming programme provides every registered Player with access to a suite of self-management tools designed to support healthy gambling behaviour. These tools are available at all times directly within the Account dashboard and do not require contacting support to activate.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure session duration alerts that remind them how long they have been actively playing within a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may activate a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the Account is inaccessible for gambling purposes but remains active for withdrawal of any existing Balance.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed by juya support within 24 hours of receipt. During self-exclusion, the Player will be excluded from all marketing communications and promotional offers.

juya staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively reach out to Players whose account activity suggests they may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties. juya reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures on any Account at its discretion, including mandatory deposit limits or forced cooling-off periods, without requiring the Player's consent.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the juya Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account Balance and any pending winnings, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the juya Platform, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during your use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or if you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, exploit promotional offers, or interact with any part of the Platform.

• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward juya staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or reproduce any part of the juya Platform's software, game content, or intellectual property.

All content on the juya Platform — including but not limited to the juya brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text content, graphics, imagery, video content, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of juya or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

No part of the juya Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of juya. Personal, non-commercial use of Platform content for reference purposes is permitted provided that all copyright and trademark notices are preserved and the content is not altered in any way.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to juya for display on the Platform. Any use of game studio intellectual property beyond the scope of normal Platform use is governed by the respective studio's terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, juya's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

juya shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if juya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

juya does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or defects, or that it will be free from viruses or other harmful components. juya will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

juya collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account with juya, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

juya uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between Players and the Platform. Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is stored securely and is not sold or transferred to third parties except as required for payment processing, identity verification, regulatory compliance, or fraud prevention purposes.

Players have the right to request access to the personal data juya holds about them, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of their data subject to juya's legal and regulatory retention obligations. Data subject requests should be directed to [email protected].

juya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, juya will notify registered Players via email to the address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will specify an effective date, and continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players who do not accept the revised Terms must discontinue their use of the Platform and may request Account closure prior to the effective date of the changes. juya will process any such Account closure request in accordance with the provisions of Section 4 of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of fair dealing and the laws applicable to online entertainment platforms operating in the jurisdiction in which the Player is located. juya operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make representations regarding specific regulatory frameworks.

Any disputes between a Player and juya that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause shall prevent juya from seeking emergency injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
